He advises various international companies and start-ups across various industries which include but are not limited to: automotive, automation/material handling, robotics, retail, logistics, eCommerce, warehousing/fulfillment, pharma, food/food service, CPG, defense, and solar. He currently serves on the board of several companies including advising multiple robotics companies, an electrified and autonomous vehicle platform company, an eCommerce retail delivery company, and several software integration and process improvement companies. He is an Executive Advisor to numerous PE Firms
and Strategic Investors.

BRYAN BANISH
Bryan is a seasoned global executive having run multiple $100M+ businesses and has founded a technology start-up. He is an expert in strategy, M&A, and merger integration for automation, software, and technology manufacturing companies. He enables clients to deliver on growth, organically and through acquisitions, having integrated dozens of acquired companies. Bryan rolls up his sleeves and works directly with key contributors at all levels of the organization to first identify and then realize significant value for shareholders in areas such as product alignment, manufacturing enhancements, and corporate restructuring.
